‘A CORNER OF SCOTTISH PARADISE’ I discovered this place by chance precisely because I wanted to see their wonderful cliffs, what I found is not just a typical Scottish hotel, it is not simply a hospitality structure, but a real experience, a refuge of peace and beauty that leaves a deep mark on the heart. It is located just a stone's throw from Aberdeen, in Cove Bay in that magnificent, underrated part of Scotland to the north east of Edinburgh and on the south coast of Aberdeen, but all the more precious for that. And don't think it's difficult to achieve! Thanks to the comfortable X3 coach, which with almost Swiss punctuality takes you there every forty minutes for just under 4 pounds per journey (6 for a day ticket), you will be connected not only to the lively centre of Aberdeen, but also to the Union Square shopping centre (it drops you off right outside) and the picturesque main street not far away. Cove Bay is a quiet village where you can breathe in the relaxing, old-fashioned sea air, far from the chaos, allowing you to immediately savour the peace and quiet that awaits you. But it's when you get there that the magic reveals itself. Imagine: Just behind the hotel there is a breathtaking path, a coastal walk that offers spectacular views of the endless sea horizon and the spectacular cliffs. And the sea, believe me, is not just outside: you can even admire it from the restaurant, a living painting that accompanies every meal. And speaking of meals, prepare yourself for an unforgettable gastronomic journey! The food is just insane. This is not an exaggeration: the chef and staff had infinite patience with me who speaks macaronic English, the food was fabulous, they were culinary artists! capable of transforming every dish into a masterpiece
