The practical bits, before you ring.
The Charleston Suite seats up to thirty six for dinner. For parties of twenty or more the room comes free; under twenty there is a £30 room charge. A £50 deposit confirms the date, refunded in full if you cancel more than a week ahead.
Private functions eat from a slightly reduced menu with full vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices, and on a Sunday the roast beef is on it too. We ask for meal pre-orders the day before, though desserts can be chosen on the night. Buffet options are in the brochure.
The bill is settled as one at the end of the evening. Drinks are ordered and paid for at the restaurant bar, or added to the one bill if a single person is paying, and our staff will carry them down to the suite for you.
Bring your own decorations, balloons and photographs to make the room yours (pins rather than tape, and no table confetti), and bring a speaker if you would like your own music.
